Warming rewards for Cosy Abodes at the end of a hard working year

HELLO to you all and welcome to Cosy Abodes’ new blog. We’re going to use this blog to bring you fresh and useful information on how to keep your home as warm and snug as it can possibly be.

And we’ll also use it to give you an occasional update about important developments within our business.

And that’s where we’d like to start.

The last few weeks have been an exciting period for Cosy Abodes Boiler Installation. We’ve seen some of the first fruits of our determined labour over the past 18 months.

We were delighted to be recognised for our outstanding service standards on two fronts recently.

The North West Enterprise Awards, which recognise the contribution of “innovative and forward-thinking” SME businesses to the region’s growing economy, received word of our service ethics earlier in the year and shortlisted us as a potential winner of one of its coveted trophies.

After a little more investigation into our praised practices, and some thorough scrutiny of a business brief we submitted to its judging panel, the NWEAs awarded us the prize of the region’s ‘Best Boiler Installation Company’ last month.

We were delighted to receive it as it gave us the first big milestone in our company’s progression. The judges cited our “exceptional level of service and unrivalled customer support” when handing us our trophy – not a particularly light one as you can see from the photo here.

And then, as if the excitement wasn’t enough, our local paper the Macclesfield Express picked up on our win and featured Cosy Abodes in its business section.

All of this recognition came on top of the earlier accolade in September of being awarded Worcester Bosch Gold Accredited Installer status, for being one of the global business’ most trusted and valued boiler installation partners.

Put simply, it recognises that Cosy Abodes installs the company’s boilers to the highest standards available in the UK.

Again, we are thrilled with this endorsement of our service and see it as acknowledgment of our efforts to do things to a higher level than is normally expected from our industry.

All of these awards have come at an important juncture in our business growth as we plan a phase of expansion for Cosy Abodes Boiler Installation in 2019.
